Apartament
The apartment is on the ground floor. It can accommodate 5 people. It consists of the kitchen/dining room, the first bedroom, which can be easily transformed into a living room, the second bedroom and the bathroom (with bath tube).
In the second bedroom there is a tv set and a washing machine is in the bathroom.
It can be arranged with double or single beds, depending on your needs.
The kitchen is fully equipped.
Even at the height of the Italian summer the apartment stays pleasantly cool, thanks to the thick walls typical of the medieval town’spalazzi. Guests can also enjoy Casa Cordati’s garden and its century-old trees.
Equipment:
free WI-FI and tv set, a double bed (king size) and two single beds (It can be arranged with double or single beds, depending on your needs).
Private bathroom with bath tube.
Fully equipped kitchen (with gas range, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, Toaster.
Iron and ironing board, Hairdryer, Clothes Rack, Soap, Shampoo, Medicine Chest, cleaning stuff.
Included: weekly cleaning and change of linen.
Free by request: umbrellas and two mountain bikes
Tourist tax:
€ 1 per person for the first 5 nights for over 14s.
1 € per person for the first 5 nights from 14 years upwards.
Common areas: the garden and the turret (with great view from the windows), its walls were painted by Bruno Cordati). During your stay you can visit the exhibition of the painter Bruno Cordati. There are six rooms on the first floor with more than one hundred works ranging from the ’20s to the ’70s.
Brochures: wide availability of guides, maps and brochures of events in Barga’s area, rich of historical and natural places. In the hall there are postcards, reproductions of the paintings and books related to the Cordati exhibition.
Rules: Check in after 2pm – Check out before 11pm (earlier check in and later check-out are possible to arrange).
Pets: accepted, no extra charge.
Casa Cordati offers, for free, two Mountain Bikes
