Rooms
(from 1 to 6 people)
Minimum stay three nights
Depending on the availability of the moment, you can book choosing a specific room/accommodation, no extra charge!
New Room (up to 6 people) two rooms with private bathroom (shower).
Big Room (up to 4 people), accommodation of 60 square meters, a double room (king size) and two single beds, private bathroom with shower, fireplace, large attic with 2 hammocks.
Studio Rooms (up to 5 people), spacious accommodation with a double room, even triple or quadruple, and a single room, private bathroom with shower, small room equipped to prepare and eat breakfast.
Cost per person (min. 2 in room) per Night € 30
Every extra guest € 12
Single use: € 40
7 nights or more: 10% discount
One child under 3 years stays free of charge in a cot.
An example of “total cost per night” based on the number of guests in accommodation:
Single Use € 40, two guests € 60, three guests € 72, four guests € 84, five guests 96, six guests € 108.

APARTMENT (up to 5 people)
A bedroom/convertible in living room, second bedroom, bathroom, kitchen/dining room.
Total cost € 70 per night, independently from the number of people
7 nights or more: 10% discount
10% discount for “non-refundable” booking, with payment of the full amount at the time of booking (can be combined with the 10% Casa Cordati discount for stays of at least a week (thus becoming 20%)

Tourist tax:
€ 1 per person for night for the first 5 nights for over 14s.
