These are situated on the first floor and owe their name to the fact that in the 40s, and for twenty years and more, they were part of the studio of the painter Bruno Cordati.
In those years, in fact, he rented these rooms (together with the concert hall) as his studio. In the exhibition there is a picture that was painted from one of the windows.
The accommodation consists of a large double room, which can be triple or quadruple, a single room, a bathroom with the shower and a small room where you can prepare your breakfast. If necessary, the double bed (king size) can be replaced with two single beds
The single room was once the chapel of the family who previously owned the palace and built it in the XVIIth century. On the facade you can see part of the ancient windows.
The TV set is in the bigger room.
Equipment: free WI-FI and tv set, sleeping accommodation for 5 (organizing double and single beds, depending on your needs), private bathroom with shower, fridge, coffee machine (and cappuccino), kettle, glasses, cups and cutlery. Hairdryer, Clothes Rack, Soap, Shampoo, Medicine Chest, cleaning stuff.
Included: weekly cleaning and change of linen.
Free by request: saucers, iron and ironing board, umbrellas, mountain bike.
Common areas: the garden and turret (with great views from the windows). During your stay you can visit the beautiful and interesting exhibition of the painter Bruno Cordati. There are ten rooms on the first floor with more than one hundred works ranging from the ’20s to the ’70s.
Brochures: wide availability of guides, maps and brochures of events in Barga area, rich of historical and natural places. In the hall there are postcards, reproductions of paintings and books related to the Cordati exhibition.
